Why do letters sometimes not fit into a pywinauto string?

Windows 10, pywinauto. There is an exe program with an interface that I automate.

Sometimes, I can't figure out why instead of bundles/table.csv the string is written: /.
There is another line in which the numbers fit, and they are always written normally.

It turns out from bundles/table.csv only / remains.
Why do letters sometimes not fit?

PS The same thing happened with pyautogui.

I guess it depends on the current layout. The input must be done in this case in English.
