Why do I need to restart my phone to restore 3G?

When I go negative, they cut off the Internet immediately and unconditionally.
Ok, I replenish the account, but access is not restored automatically - I need to restart the phone.
Why is that? Infuriates.

Try turning airplane mode on and off, it might help too.
You can also try these options:
1) disable and enable a specific SIM card in the SIM card settings.
2) in the settings of mobile networks, start searching for networks and manually connect to the desired one back.

By the way: when I go "in the red" (it happened a couple of times in 18 years), then there was no break in communication (even in roaming, within the Russian Federation).
Here to call / (send a message) with a negative balance (without additional options, like "promised payment") - it does not work.
In the meantime, the balance is greater than zero - easy.
