Why do I need a local BIND on the server?

The old configuration of the web server (before the move) had Plesk with local BIND. I understand that if there was a need for resolving domain names, and the public IP address of the server was registered in the A-records of the domains, then the server, having received a request ... Wait a minute, what is the point of prescribing dependencies Name-〉Address/Folder in Apache and nginx? Isn't it the same thing? Isn't that resolving?

Now all my domains served by Hetzner, I registered on NS of Hetzner itself. The registered server itself proxies requests to machines with the corresponding services. Why would I keep duplicate entries on local BIND? What could be the purpose of such duplication and what will I lose by removing the local BIND?

If your BIND duplicates the “NS of Hetzner itself” records, then there is absolutely no need, only overhead

The local DNS can act as a cache.
