There is a VPS server with an application running on port 3000. There is a domain name and an ssl certificate. The application opens at http://domain.ru:3000 . How now to configure the application to launch at the following address: https://domain.ru:3000 The
hoster said that they set up https://domain.ru , but the application at https://domain.ru:3000 does not open.

An unmanaged VPS is the responsibility of the client, the hoster has nothing to do with it. If the application has SSL encryption functionality, configure it. If not (and it works over HTTP), put nginx in front of it.
