Why do I get some unfamiliar tables when I create a new database in oracle db 11?
I'm starting to get used to oracle db and I can't understand why when creating a new database I already have some built-in tables, users, schemas, etc. What is this data and is it possible to create a clean database?

These same "some built-in tables, users, schemas, etc" are essentially Oracle itself, its service part, part of the api. So, in short, no.
