I checked the possible options:
1. All checkboxes in the Media Manager are not checked - checked
2. Try to upload screenshots for each version - I tried
3. Is there a red icon next to localization - No
4. Build Selected - Yes
5. Copyright Indicated - Yes
6. Release Automatic - Yes
7. Free Pricing - Yes 8. UIWebView Used - No ,
WKWebView One or more errors occurred" but no errors are visible...
What else can I check in the App/AppStore setting?

I've been having the same problem all day! I had a problem in choosing a category, I chose "Newspapers and magazines", it turns out that this category needs an update, there are some other requirements. I chose news and I submitted the application.
You probably also have the same problem, judging by the use of WKWebView
