Why do I get an error when I try to download a docker image?

I don't really understand docker, I just started to master it. The problem is that when I try to run docker run hello-world, an error occurs:
Unable to find image 'hello-world:latest' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: Get https:// registry-1.docker.io/v2/ : net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers).
I use win10home and run through virtual box

Show the dockerfile and check the DNS and internet on the computer.
