Why do hotkeys not work properly in LibreOffice?

I don’t know what happened, but the hotkeys in the libreoffice stopped working. Somehow Ctrl+S, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X work, but only when the English layout is on. When Ukrainian or Russian, it doesn't work. Why? CHADNT?
PS: XFCE, Arch, LibreOffice 3.5.2.2

I don’t know the reasons, but maybe try the next crutch - duplicate hotkeys in Russian and other layouts?

I had this in the whole system, when in KDE the default language (first in the list) was set to russian.

It was the same on Mint with Xfce.
Calculate Desktop Xfce - all buzzing.
The question is where the locales are configured.
