Why do "gaming" and "work" laptops cost almost the same?

I noticed such a strange thing (at least for me) that a "work laptop" with ryzen5 3-4xxxU 16g RAM and 512gb ssd costs about 60-70k, and for the same money you can find "gaming" laptops for about the same price , but they will have 1650 on board, and other characteristics +/- are the same (well, except that the weight will not be 1.5 - 2kg, but 2.5-3kg). Therefore, I do not quite understand what is the point of paying for a "working laptop" as much as for a "gaming" one.

• if there is no discreet - it will not fail, "working" laptops usually live longer

A "work laptop" is a business series (eg dell latitude, hp probook/elitebook, lenovo thinkpad). There is a separate line of mobile workstations, like dell precision or hp zbook.
"Gaming laptop" is called so for the presence of a discrete graphics card, and as they wrote above, more for marketing purposes.

If the name was not written by marketers:
Working laptop - pro / business series - parameters optimally calculated / sharpened for the main range of typical office tasks, reduced weight to make it easier to carry on business trips, increased reliability so that it would be more difficult to kill when dragging
Gaming laptop - cheap a machine with which they squeeze the maximum for gamers for the next 3-4 years, then it will become obsolete anyway and will have to be changed.

It seems to me that the term "gaming laptop" is used for marketing purposes.
