Why do disks stop in Windows 7?

In the power section of the control panel, the option to stop disks is set to "never".

By the way, 2 days ago the system was transferred to an SSD and some kind of AHCI was enabled, maybe because of it there are problems?

And what disk stops? For example, in WD Green series drives, head parking after a certain timeout is built into the screw and is not controlled from the OS.
