Why do different services show different IP locations?

Raised OpenVPN on the Digital Ocean droplet. And I found that there are some strange IPs.

On one site it shows that I'm from Germany (the droplet I chose there), another site shows that I'm from Texas.

What is the reason for this?

This is due to the fact that, in principle, ip addressing has nothing to do with the location on the globe.
geoip get out believing that blocks of ip addresses usually do not suddenly move anywhere and create a correspondence table, which ip where probably are physically located. Sometimes they guess, sometimes they don't. Accordingly, you see tritely different geoip bases (or even different versions of the same base)
