I can’t deposit money to my Digital ocean account .
When I try to link a card, I get a message:
" Unfortunately we do not accept debit or prepaid cards. Please try adding another credit card to continue. " - Debit card (in Sberbank online it says "Card type: Overdraft "), I try the second option: I

Owner of Visa Classic Sberbank.
DigitalOcean does not directly accept debit cards.
If you are unable to get your Sberbank card on PayPal, most likely, you have disabled or initially not connected Internet payments (or Internet payments from abroad). Solve this issue through the technical support of Sberbank (or, you may have to sign at the branch).
