Why do comments from the admin panel not appear on the site?

Installed Disqus in Wordpress using a plugin. The user left a comment on the page , I answer him in the admin panel, but for some reason the screen does not appear on the site:

True, when you refresh the page, you can see that this comment is there, but when the disqus itself is loaded, it is lost

I can assume that the comments in the WP database are simply duplicated for convenience, responding from the admin panel, they simply are not sent to disqus, it is better to respond through the site https://disqus.com/ , so it is more reliable
