Why do cisco ip phones keep rebooting?
Hello!
I ask you to help with solving the problem associated with the constant reboot of cisco ip phones connected to CUCM.
I've tried various tips I've come across on the cisco forums, but to no avail. Now I have installed RTMT and TranslatorX to collect and parse logs, but I cannot figure out which items to select in Serviceability in order to get any closer to solving the problem. I ask you to tell me the possible options and directions for troubleshooting and troubleshooting.
