Console VoIP client?

It is necessary to dial from the console, there are no "x"s on the server and are not planned.
More specifically: there are gates that open on a call from a specific number, there is a virtual machine on debian, there is a sip account for this number. The task is to open the gate "from the console", i.e. call, and the gate itself will reset the call.
Don't offer Asterisk, it's very bold for such a task :)

@Dare

PJSUA (PJSIP project) - available in CentOS repo, for example (yum search pjsua).
sipsak is the best option in my opinion, but you have to dig deeper.
sipp - like from a cannon to sparrows, but also a great option.
