Why do audio speakers make a sound when scrolling pages with the mouse?

Hello!
Scrolling the page in the browser I hear a barely perceptible sound in the audio columns. A sound like wheezing (shirk-shirk) responds to each click of the mouse scroll wheel.
What could be causing this sound?

Pickups on the speakers from the electrical circuit of the computer. Not scary.
