Why do apps crash?

I put custom firmware on the tablet (without gapps on top), push-ups like "google services framework keeps stopping" and other applications constantly come out. In the cache settings, zeros everywhere. I put gapps - the same story.
Even on the stock firmware the same thing.
What to do to get rid of this?

Try to forcefully format all partitions before flashing, especially pay attention to dalvik, cache and system, maybe some data remains from your previous firmware. Even in data, configs from an incompatible version of services could remain
