How to bring back the "Menu" (or "All Apps") button in Android?

Dear colleagues, please tell me how to return the missing "Menu" or "All applications" button in Android 4.2.2.
In the Pipo tablet, this button was located on a widget that I managed to remove from the desktop. Now I can’t go to the full list of all installed applications (and widgets, respectively), I can only run around the desktops with the application shortcuts already created.
For a clearer understanding of the issue, I drew a picture: I

highlighted the lost button with a red circle, and marked with an arrow where it led (to the list of all installed applications).
Please tell me how can I get this button back. Perhaps editing a file in the UI will help? Or tell me at least for which keyword to google the solution to the problem.
Thank you very much in advance!
Update: I found a photo of this tablet with just this ugly widget below. It clearly shows the menu button. Here it would be desirable to return the button, but not to return all this ugly widget. Ready to pick the firmware :)

@BOOMik

Install any other launcher and a button will appear.
