Why do all connected files crash after compilation?

I deployed the project on the local host on the open server, everything works, it goes into the admin panel. I edit the css file through prepros, save it, clear the cache in the admin panel and this happens. What could be the problem?
At first I wrote an error to turn off debugging, turned it off, the error went away, but the main problem remained.
Help!!
