How to implement asynchronous view loading?

There is a view in which a lot of information is presented.
All information is divided into blocks.
I would like to select each block in a separate view and collect the final asynchronously.
As far as I understand, it is necessary to create a set of actions in the controller, which will end with renderAjax.
Is there any ready-made module for such an assembly or do I need to write my own js for this?

What do you want ready? Asynchronous loading is just JS. So any ajax request will do. There is nothing to do there, why even ready to sculpt something. Well, if you want, you can use PJAX, but this is the last century and everyone spit on it.
