Why different font on PC and mobile?

Good afternoon!
There is a site .
It has applications. Each application has a page, a fullstory.tpl template in DLE.
My customer complained that on this page on the phone the last paragraph differs in size from the rest, although everything is ok on the PC and through the inspector in adaptive mode.
I'm fine with chrome and mobile safari, but one person has this problem too.
The catch is that the customer and the other person have the last paragraphs, even between themselves, of different sizes, although the size is explicitly set for him, even with the use of important for persuasiveness.
