Why didn't the commit show up in ionic?

Good morning. Can you please tell me why my commit appeared on the git, but did not appear in the ionic application?
I followed the documentation :
> ionic gi remote
> ionic deploy add [data]
> git config --global user.email "[email protected]"
> git config --global user.name "Your Name"
> git add .
> git commit -m "My commit"
