Why didn't my .git folder get created with git init?
Good afternoon! Today I started to master the Git Bash console. I created a repository, saved files there, everything seems to be normal. But the tutorial pointed out that git init automatically creates a .git folder where I am. I created the repository exactly in my project folder, I checked the location via pwd. However, there is no .git folder in this folder, nor in subfolders. How can I find it and where are my changes saved?
