Why did Yandex remove pages from search?

It's time to move to HTTPS, I did everything as described in Yandes for the move. On February 17, 2017, Yandex loaded 94 pages into the search, and on February 18, 2017, removed 89 pages as low-quality. But these same pages work fine on the old protocol. Is this normal and will it be corrected in the future with gluing?

1 day is not an indicator. Bonding usually occurs within a month. Wait.

In Webmaster, in the "Pages in search" - "Last changes" section - just upload the archive and see why these pages were removed from the search.
