Two sites with the same design. Does it affect promotion in Google?

I created a site of a certain theme, taking a lot of time to make a high-quality layout. There was a need to create another site already on a different topic. I want to use the template of the first site to create the second one. That is, the difference will be in the content, the location of the elements on the sidebar and the color scheme. All class names will remain the same.
Can you tell me if this will affect the results of Google search results? Will it be that Google will suspect me of copy-pasting?

Will affect. But you won't notice it, because Google has been giving individualized results to each user for several years, depending on a bunch of factors. Therefore, there is no need to sweat about this.
