Why did Yandex.Map stop working?

Karata Yandex has stopped working properly. Instead of tiles with a map, it says "There is no data for this piece of terrain."
Literally at the beginning of last week everything was in order. Scale is ok.
The API is connected with a key, there are more than enough limits, but the card does not work

. What could be the problem?

Issue resolved.
There was a conflict with another JS library, since on November 20 Yandex updated the JS API version
