Why did WordPress mess up adding posts?

For some reason, the page for adding records has deteriorated. Tabs swapped everything messed up. First, add records opens as usual, everything is in place, then immediately everything is mixed. Why is this happening and how to fix it?

1) Make a backup
2) You need to understand why this is so:
See if everything goes well.
If everything goes well, then enable one plugin at a time and check if everything has gone bad again
3) When you find a problematic plugin, then try reinstalling it, if it doesn’t help, then contact the plugin developer
