Solutions to manage 100+ websites?

In view of the fact that I am busy writing a bicycle for centralized management of many sites, it became interesting what are the ready-made solutions in this area?
Suppose I need 100 sites. Ordinary, content site. How convenient is it to manage all this from one place? Change content, design. At the same time, it is desirable to be able to deploy the sites themselves to different servers. What are the solutions to such or similar problems?

Such services are easily googled. If you don't know how to find competitors, then you don't know the niche. Climbing in this way is a waste of time

the same wp has an api, you need a desktop application, and most likely you will have to finish the api

Drupal 8 works well for this type of task. I have experience with 20 portals on a single codebase
