Why did Windows 7 boot loop during installation?
The motherboard was covered, changed, after the Windows boot logo a blue screen with an error popped up, automatic recovery did not help. I decided to install Windows again. When you run the image from a flash drive, a screen appears with the words "Windows is copying files", after it the inscription "Starting Windows" and after that a running boot logo appears like in Windows Vista. Nothing happens after it, this line has been "running" for 30 minutes. Okay, if it hung, then no.

Most likely you are booting from a flash drive that is connected to the USB3 port, try plugging it into the USB2 port, or download firewood for USB3 at the time of installation.
Try a different system image. Best of all - the official one, from the Microsoft website.
either try installing via an external USB DVD or check the settings for the hard drive in the BIOS
