Why did windows 10 sound disappear?

There were no updates, just the sound on the computer disappeared. The output devices do not have speakers or headphones connected, and the output devices do not have a microphone either. With what it can be connected?

1) The sound card burned out
2) Drivers flew off
They don’t say more exact reason for the card. I must be a bad fortune teller.

Start / Settings / System / Sound
Click the Manage Sound Devices link to see a list of all devices on the system.
If your columns are in the "Disabled" group, then click on them and turn them on.
