Why did Ubuntu 16.04 stop loading?

Hello! For no reason, Ubuntu 16.04 x64 stopped loading
. the logo appears, and then the graphical interface does not load (log screen, where the user password is entered), just a blank screen
Now I'm sitting with LiveUSB Ubuntu 16.04
How to restore the system and run diagnostics?

Most likely problems with the same tp-link tl-wn822N
Disconnect it from the usb port and the computer will boot.
And then just boot with kernel version 4.4.0.62
