Why did they give 200 GB on Yandex.Disk?

I sat down and didn't touch anyone. A notification pops up in the tray "Congratulations! You got an additional 200 GB!"
What, in fact, is the question: why did they give these 200 GB and can I be sure that they will not be taken away someday?
