Why did the vector image suddenly shrink?

Hello! There is a site in which the logo has a vector image svg. In all services, including the toolbar, everything looks great

, but on mobile phones with a diagonal of 5 inches (android) I see such a picture where the letters overlap each other

. This is a vector - why is the image compressed? Is this a glitch? In terms of design or structure?
