Why did the UI stop working in Docker Desktop for Windows?

Hello. Sold the GTX1060 video card, stayed on the Intel UHD 630 Graphics. After that, all Docker Desktop for Windows windows stopped working. At first, just one shadow from the window, but the very places where the window control buttons work, I minimize the window, expand it and it becomes black. Restarting doesn't help, com.docker.diagnose.exe says no errors.

The solution for the DPI Scaling problem (simple fix) helped:

UPD.: after a reboot it doesn't work again.
