Why did the scrollbar disappear (built on nuxt)?

I really do not understand why the scrollbar could disappear, change the text, get a bug that is not solved even if you specify in the index ( /) of the body {overflow-y: scroll}. The page will scroll, but there is no scrolling .. Help!
If you open the project on localhost3000, then it is there and everything is fine, but when I upload it to the hosting, it is not there

I had to delete the entire dist folder from the hosting, leave only the hosting php file and re-upload the files again. There was also the removal of .htaccess , so save your info! I don't see how this could be related, but it helped me.
