In the request api.ok.ru/fb.do?api/group/getInfo?application_key=CBAELKELEB... you have 2 blocks with parameters ?... in your case it turns out that
"api/group/getInfo?application_key" = " CBAELKELEB..."
API OK can be called either via fb.do (passing method=groups.getInfo)
or without a wrapper as /api/group/getInfo?...
Combining both options will not work
