Why did the microphone suddenly stop working?

Guys, please help.
I played cs with friends on the discord, the microphone worked great and at one point they stopped hearing me.
The microphone also shows up in device manager. I checked it on another PC, everything works.
I've looked all over the internet, nothing has helped.
Help me please!!!

-check the volume level in the settings
