Why did the MailPoet Newsletters plugin stop creating lists of subscribers?

After updating the plugin: I don't see among the available users to add to the lists for newsletters from the corporate site. New lists are allegedly created by subscribers, but in fact do not appear among the available ones. I reinstalled the plugin, but that didn't help. Of course, I will try to update Wordpress, but how much the problem is related to this, I have doubts ...
