The Bat! does not show letters. What is the problem?

There is The Bat! 5.0.24. It worked fine, but such a problem was recently discovered - it does not show letters that have been filtered and moved to the specified folder. In the list of folders, it highlights that there are new letters, but it only shows letters up to a certain date, and then hides them, as if a filter was set to display letters by date. I don’t understand what’s the matter, I climbed in the settings - I didn’t find anything like that. Please tell me how to solve this problem and how to solve it. Maybe someone had something similar?

PS with the hub could be wrong, because I did not find anything suitable in the list :)

Decided! The folder I needed was broken, because of which letters were not visible until a certain date. We go to " Folder -> Folder Management -> put a check mark on Integrity Check\Repair " and the letters are visible again :) ... put the rest of the checkboxes to your liking .
