Why did the frequency on all slats become stock when adding RAM?

Here is my setup:
Ryzen 5 2600,
Gigabyte b450m ds3h,
Kingston 4*4 gb 2400mhz.

In general, this is the problem:
Until yesterday, I had two strips in overclocking, namely up to 3200 MHz, and 1.35v voltage. Today I bought exactly the same bars, installed them, but they all don’t want to work on 3200. I also reset the Bios, let it work at native frequencies, but they all do not chase at all. The computer starts up (attempts from 3) and through the task manager or AIDA shows that the frequency is 2400, as if I had not changed anything.

Acceleration is like that. Sometimes it works for 2 modules, but not for four.
See the list of compatible memory for your M/b: Support->List of compatible devices->Memory modules. It even states that not all memory is driven into 4 slots.
