Why did the admin panel on the MAIN page disappear?

The administration panel on the MAIN page is missing.
In the header.php of the template after the opening body <?$APPLICATION->ShowPanel();?> and in the head section of the line <?$APPLICATION->ShowHead()?> --- it's all there!
The panel works on other pages.
PS: The panel does not work in Chrome, it works in Brave.

Look in css, most likely some layer overlaps the panel by index
