Why did sublime stop highlighting text?

Sublime Text

For some reason, when you release the mouse button, the selection disappears, and sometimes it selects (as I understand it, if the whole line).

No one has come across this?
After that, I don’t remember, I just wrote a project in Angular, tried to reinstall (tarball) and demolish the directory with the config, it doesn’t help.
