Are there git plugins for Sublime to view file changes like this in PhpStorm?

So far, I'm learning git and have been using sublime text for a long time.
According to different instructions and videos, I see that PhpStorm has a visual manager for viewing and comparing files of different versions (merge), but does SublimeText have something similar?
Why such a question, PhpStorm is paid to use it. Or suggest a free alternative.

I don’t know about PhpStorm, but the Sublime developers recently released a git client https://www.sublimemerge.com

Vscode then. But if you develop in PHP, then buying a storm is a very profitable investment.
