Why did rewarded ads stop working?

Good afternoon. I use Google Mobile Ads in my game, set up ads, and specifically a banner with a reward. Tested 3-4 times - everything works. I log in literally an hour later and video advertising does not work. Why ?
The code did not change in the AdMob office did nothing. Tell me please. Thanks in advance .
