Why did PHP Storm stop giving hints in css file?

PHP Storm stopped giving tooltips in css file. Previously, when I started to enter a class (.class name) in a css file, the storm prompted a list of existing classes in the project with such letters. This made it possible to quickly (by capital letters) find the desired class and select it, and not completely write it down by hand. I don't know what this function is called. After I edited the project files on another computer and replaced them back, I saw that the tips stopped appearing. How to return hints without creating all over again? As I understand it, this is due to editing the project files on the side and subsequent replacement with the edited ones.
