Why did ladders appear, poor shadow rendering, poor draw distance in games?

Configuration: gtx 1050, i5 2400, 2 ddr3 at 4g

Previously, everything was ok in games, but then ladders appeared, shadows that blink and poor rendering of cars and so on.

The latest drivers are installed on the card, the settings in nvideo are reset to standard
