Why did I change the title and description of the page a long time ago, but the old ones are displayed in the search results?

There is a site on CMS Wordpress. Initially, when the site was not optimized, the Google search bot took some of the information from the RSS feed, some from the footer and thus formed a meta description. But it's been about a month since I formed the correct title and description using the yoast seo plugin, but the information in the search results does not change. How can I fix this?

because they forgot to send for page reindexing
