Why did dle redirects stop working normally?

This is a very interesting and incomprehensible story. I've been thinking for days and can't figure it out. I moved to a new server, the site is on dle, everything seems to be working well and the site is working correctly, but here's the problem: the CMS has a "Redirects" section (on the old server it works fine, but maybe it's not the server, but what -some changes, you need to think about it) and so there I indicate redirects to the main page. And now this is the story: redirects no longer depend on the dle redirects table. I delete the line with the redirect, but it remains the redirect and vice versa, the new ones added do not work.
How to understand what is the problem here?
