How to implement storage of additional DLE fields in different MySQL fields?

Good afternoon!
I wanted to know how to implement storage of additional DLE fields in different MySQL fields?? Those. I mean that there dozens of additional fields are stored in one xfields field (separated by ||, text type). Please tell me how to take out. fields in separate fields of a DB?
For example, xfield1 - additional field 1, xfield2 - additional field 2, etc. depending on the number of fields.?

Sounds like EAV suits you. In fact, EAV is turning the relational model inside out, but if there is no way out, use it.
