Why did Debian Raspberry Pi give out unreadable characters and stop working?

2 months ago I set up a server on a raspberry and everything worked well until recently.
Now the services that were on it stopped working, and when you enter commands, crocozyabras are issued: Of



course, I have suspicions that the flash drive fell down, of course, but the SanDisk flash drive is 32GB and it is also only 2 months old, and I specifically made the server settings so that there were a minimum of read-write operations .
I ran the flash drive through fsck - no errors were found

What could be the reason for this error and can it be fixed somehow?
